Eliminate foods that constipate you!

Many of us suffer from constipation. It’s not arbitrary; rather it’s from certain foods that plug up our digestive tracts. My son’s colon-sticking food is pizza. When he gets sick, he knows the healing routine: drink lots of water, eat fresh fruits, and don’t eat pizza. What’s yours? Mine is white rice and cheese. When I eat out nowadays, I order whole grains or vegetables instead of white rice and ask the server to hold the cheese.
