Hemp seed milk recipe hemp milk

You do not need to soak hemp seeds.  Just add the following ingredients and  blend it for 2 minutes.

  • 1 cup of hemp seeds
  • 3-4 cups water
  • 2 Tbsp agave or 1 Tbsp of honey (adjust the amount as necessary)
  • one tsp vanilla extract
